How do I add a dose?

Answer

The addition of a vaccination is recommended only for exceptional cases; it does not substitute the preferred workflow of documenting vaccinations in ClinicMode, as forms are not completed as part of this process.

To add a dose to a patient, please follow the steps below:

1. In the Admin Console, navigate to the Repository tab.
2. Search for a patient by entering their first and last name or by their Health Card Number (HCN).
3. Click on the patient to open their profile.
4. Click Add Vaccination button to open the Add Vaccination Form.
   
   Note: This feature is only available to Clinic Owner Plus. You can only add a vaccination to patients within your managing organization.
5. Fill in all the required fields to add a vaccination to the patient's profile. If the lot number is missing from the drop-down menu, you can enter it manually.
