How do I add a dose?
Answer
The addition of a vaccination is recommended only for exceptional cases; it does not substitute the preferred workflow of documenting vaccinations in ClinicMode, as forms are not completed as part of this process.
To add a dose to a patient, please follow the steps below:
- In the Admin Console, navigate to the Repository tab.
- Search for a patient by entering their first and last name or by their Health Card Number (HCN).
- Click on the patient to open their profile.
- Click Add Vaccination button to open the Add Vaccination Form.
Note: This feature is only available to Clinic Owner Plus. You can only add a vaccination to patients within your managing organization. - Fill in all the required fields to add a vaccination to the patient's profile. If the lot number is missing from the drop-down menu, you can enter it manually.
