How do I delete a dose?
Answer
Users with the Clinic Owner role have the ability do delete vaccinations for patients within the organization if a vaccination was recorded by mistake.
To delete a dose recorded in error, please follow the steps below:
- In the Admin Console, navigate to the Repository tab.
- Search for a patient by entering their first and last name or by their health card number (HCN).
- Click on the patient to open their profile.
- Under Vaccinations, find and click on the vaccination that you want to delete.
- In the Edit Vaccination window, click Delete in the top right corner. You will be asked to confirm if you want to delete a vaccination. Click Yes.
- Enter a reason for deleting this vaccination and click OK. The reason will be recorded as an Admin Note in the patient's profile.
