How do I block a calendar?

Note: Adding an calendar block rule over existing appointments does not cancel those appointments.
It also does not impact the ability to immunize patients with existing appointments in that block; rather, it solely prevents new bookings in that calendar.
To unblock a calendar, follow the steps below:
- Login to the Admin Console.
- Navigate to the Clinics tab on the left-hand section of the screen.
- Open your clinic and then go to the Availability tab.
- Click on the New Rule button, which triggers the appearance of the Block Rule window.
- Select the calendar that you want your block rule to impact.
- Proceed to set your block rule parameters and then click Create.
Note: You can also create a block rule by dragging and dropping your mouse besides an existing availability in the calendar view.
