How do I book a new patient for a drop-in?
Answer
ClinicMode users can create a drop-in appointment directly from the ClinicFlow app. If your clinic is set up with the Drop-Ins feature, click on the Drop-In icon next to Refresh.
This feature allows drop-in appointments to be created at clinics and pharmacies and does not require appointments to be booked through a booking page, while still capturing all information that would be as part of the regular booking flow.
Note: Drop-in appointments can only be created for patients that already have profiles in our system. To create a new profile, click on +New Patient in the Repository tab and then proceed to book a drop-in appointment through ClinicMode.
