I didn't get a verification email. How do I verify my account?
Answer
You should have received a verification email when your account was first created.
- Try to login to the ClinicFlow App (accessed via the CANImmunize app). You will not be able to login if you haven't verified your account.
- Ask your manager with the Admin Console access for help. They can re-send the verification email.
Note: The verification can only be done once. If you have already verified your account, you will not receive another verification email.
