I am getting the error "Wrong email or password."
Answer
Check your email or password for errors. Otherwise, follow the instructions to reset your password below:
- Click on Forgot password? and follow the prompts to receive a reset password link.
- Check for the reset password link in your inbox and click Confirm.
Note: It may take up to 5 minutes for the email to show up. Please make sure to check your spam/junk folder as well. - Enter your new password and make sure that it matches the requirements. Click Reset Password to save your new password.
