How can I view uploaded documents in the ClinicFlow Admin Console?
Answer
Documents can be viewed and uploaded from the Patient Profile or Appointment Details page. All user roles except for Call Centre Agent can upload documents. All user roles can view uploaded documents.
The Repository page has a new tab called ‘Documents’. The ‘Document’ tab has a superscript number that specifies how many documents are listed within the tab. All documents uploaded by the public or users will be displayed in this tab.
- Publicly uploaded documents can be easily identified by the ‘Public’ value listed in the Author field.
- ClinicFlow console users that upload documents are identified by their username listed in the Author field.
